BRG’s business model is created through a core team of experienced experts who are responsible for managing a partner ecosystem of independent specialists who collaborate to deliver BRG’s core services. The BRG core team and ecosystem partners offer both vertical and horizontal specialist skills. These complement rather than compete in the service coalitions that are formed to ensure that the requisite skills required by each client are met.
