Kate Delaney

Kate Delaney is BRG’s Director Strategic Foresight. She has extensive experience as a futurist and strategist and, is currently undertaking a PHD in Strategy in local government, at Victoria University, Wellington, NZ. Kate also has a number of other qualifications including a Master of Arts in Public Administration and professional standing with various professional associations that represent her industry.

Kate offers strategic advice, analysis and innovative thinking to government, corporate and non-government decision-makers and planners internationally. She helps client organizations facing complex decisions develop their judgment about the future strategic environment. She engages with clients in their exploration of strategic change, discontinuity, uncertainty, and paradoxes to generate insight and to set direction so that their organizations can achieve their strategic aims. Kate also helps clients build new strategic and transition management approaches.
