Jodi Martin is BRG’s Principal Associate Business Process Re-engineering. She has a Diploma in Management and holds a current ITIL Certification as well as professional standing with the Institute of Management Consultants.
Jodi has over 10 year extensive experience in process improvement and business change gained in Organizational Learning, Human Resources, Retail Banking, Insurance, Business Banking, Call Centre Operations, Lending, & Technology. She maintains a professional reputation with her clients for being progressive and challenging whilst using a balanced approach to achieve strategic growth. Jodi’s core skills are in communication, cultural change, facilitation, reengineering, process redesign and business analysis which she has applied to ensure lasting, tangible achievements for her stakeholders.
