The Possibility GameTM is a simple simulation readily adaptable to real world problems, and creates a highly interactive, experiential learning environment. The process is designed to capture the dynamic and ‘human’ elements of strategic decision-making. The game grid consists of a two-by-two matrix. The matrix models the future strategic environment. This constructed environment is not fixed. Each round of the game changes the strategic environment. The strategic environment is a dynamic space in which businesses may operate in the future.
